Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy on most items purchased from R Republic. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your watch for a full refund or exchange it for another item. Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days from the date you received your order.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
  • All original packaging, including the box, tags, and manuals, must be included with the return.
  • Custom-designed or personalized items (such as engraved watches or special order pieces) are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us
    Send an email to our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.

  2. Receive Return Authorization
    Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item. Please do not send the watch back without an RA number.

  3. Package Your Return
    Carefully pack your watch and all original packaging to avoid damage during transit. Make sure to include the RA number inside the package.

  4. Ship the Item Back
    Once you have received your RA number, ship the item to the following address:

    Contact us for the return address. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

  5. Processing Your Return
    After receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom-designed watches (personalized engravings or special orders)
  • Watches that have been worn, damaged, or altered in any way
  • Final sale items or special promotions (if noted)

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. The amount refunded will include the purchase price minus any shipping or handling fees unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your watch for a different style, size, or color, please follow the same process as outlined above for returns. Once your return is processed, we will issue you a store credit or help you place a new order for the exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately. We will cover the return shipping costs and offer a full refund or exchange for a new item.
